How much do I need to order to qualify for volume discounts

How much do you charge for shipping? What are my shipping options?
  We ship via USPS or UPS--at this time, we are unable to apply shipping charges to company accounts. All shipping charges are estimated rates and can not be accurately confirmed until the shipment is packaged, weighed, and processed. Any shipping balance or credit due will be processed prior to shipment.

* Please note that international customers are liable for all duties and brokerage fees payable by the buyer.
What do I do when I have damages?
  Merchandise must be examined upon receipt. Should your shipment arrive with any damages, all claims and/or returns must be made and approved no later than 7 days from the receipt of order. View our Return Policy.
What is Prop 65 and why is there a warning on some products?
 
California Proposition 65 requires special product labeling for products containing certain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm if the product will expose the consumer to such chemicals. Lead levels in these products comply with FDA standards.
California requires the following separate notice:
Prop 65 Warning for ceramic tableware marked with a yellow triangle on the packaging: "WARNING: Use of this tableware will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm."
Prop 65 Warning for decorated glassware items: "WARNING: The materials used as colored decorations on the exterior of this product contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm."
Prop 65 Warning for all other identified products: This product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling.
In compliance to California's Prop 65, rather than do destructive testing on each product, a majority if not all ceramics are labeled.

What is your policy on backorders?
  We are not processing backorders. All items out of stock or discontinued, will not be charged.

How can I place an order? How much do I have to order?
  At this time, all orders can be made online, through our website at www.buygiftswholesale.com. There are no minimum order requirements, however ordering more will apply tiered discounts for additonal savings.
How long will it take to receive my order? What are my payment options?
  Estimated ship dates are approximate and are not binding. Any delays will be based on availability; such as the case: items ordered at the same time are not necessarily shipped together due to availability. Payment methods accepted are MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Unfortunately we do not offer backorders at this time. Any items that were unavailable for fulfillment will be refunded in full. Please reorder your items once they are back in stock. You may sign up to be notified via email on the product page once an item is back in stock.
