Purchased this for my daughters birthday. It came in damaged from fedex.  Box was a little smashed so I am sure it was the handling from fedex.  Called and they immediately sent me a new one. Great service and beautiful trinket box.  Very impressed with the service I received from the company's staff.  Thanks so much for making my daughters birthday special.
